Therapeutic Writing Group: The Healer Within
An 8-Week Journey into Knowing
& Expressing the Soul
This 8-week closed group offers a guided journey to explore therapeutic writing as a powerful tool for healing. Each week, you’ll learn a different writing method designed to help you access the inner wisdom, clarity, and compassion that already live within you.
“The healer you have been looking for is your own courage to know and love yourself completely.” — Young Pueblo
This space holds both the process of getting to know yourself and learning to express yourself — for writers and non-writers alike. (No writing experience is necessary.)
